Naturally, it may take some time before Heather’s body is discovered and Sharon becomes a suspect. Since Sharon cleaned up the crime scene and dumped Heather’s wrapped body in the river on September 26, justice could be delayed.

However, eventually, Lucy realizes that Sharon’s clash with Heather has led to her mom’s disappearance. Though Heather wasn’t Lucy’s birth mother, she was a mother in every meaningful way.

The Young and the Restless spoilers say Lucy might partly blame herself for causing the accident that pushed Sharon over the edge. Still, Lucy will probably blame Sharon too and might try to get revenge herself.

It’s not hard to picture Lucy deciding that since Sharon removed Heather, she should do the same to Sharon. Lucy could plan Sharon’s dark fate, setting up a tense showdown between them.

Given Lucy’s recent wild behavior, it won’t be a stretch for Y&R to push that wildness further. Lucy might become fixated on making Sharon pay for Heather’s death, though we know that wouldn’t truly help her.

Faith could calm Lucy and talk her out of hurting Sharon. Faith might end up saving Sharon’s life and stopping Lucy from making a terrible choice.

Of course, Heather’s grim end story could have more to it, as Sharon blacked out. It’ll be intriguing to see what comes to light about Sharon’s memory gap.
