The Young and the Restless Spoilers have no doubt Victor’s up to his usual games of manipulating everyone.
He’s already manipulated Nikki to placate her with her dream company, and Devon’s next.
But first he’ll share his concerns with Nick about Lily being an x factor. He doesn’t want complications, so he’s enacted a plan.
Enter the woefully naive Devon. When questioned, Devon will stand firm in not wanting lily hurt. So, Victor will push him to convince her to jump to Winters before it gets ugly.
This is where we think Victor’s plan will show its duplicitousness as if Lily leaves, then Billy will be alone. If she doesn’t she’ll warn him and Billy will self-destruct.
At least, we think that’s Victor’s plan. Time will tell
