When Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) came to Rome to try to surprise Hope Logan Spencer (Annika Noelle), he couldn’t find her. He arrived after the fashion preview and press conference. He saw Steffy, who told him that Hope had gone sight-seeing. He searches for her and finds

her and Thomas Forrester (Matt Atkinson) at the Colosseum. As he watches, Hope grabs Thomas and kisses him passionately.

Liam is shocked and heartbroken. He heads back and finds Steffy. He tells her what he saw and cries in her arms. However, he then kisses her. She is really uncomfortable, but she doesn’t stop him. Steffy does tell him that it is not okay, but he still comes over to her hours after returning to Los Angeles. He tells her that he is getting a divorce and then he suddenly grabs her and kisses her.

Steffy tells him off, saying that is unacceptable. She is happily married to Finn, and he can’t come and kiss her like that. They had a history together, but that is over.
