released from jail early due to excellent behavior, allegedly. But we also have to wonder if there was someone working behind the scenes to support Sugar.

Sheila would have received justice if Bill had just let John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) and Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) testify as scheduled. Unfortunately, Bill’s attempt to convict Sheila on more serious crimes through that disastrous FBI operation eventually resulted in Sheila’s release. What if Bill made the decision to make amends for it with a spiteful plan that was a little unconventional?

However, Bill may have given money to the correct people to secure Sugar’s release because he has a history of offering bribes. Bill may have wagered that Sugar would become so enraged as to permanently remove Sheila off the map. Naturally, the scheme might have gone tragically wrong since Sugar is just as deadly as Sheila.
