Manpreet grows a little concerned and reminds Belle
that any information she reveals in the surgery is confidential. She takes it on board, but chooses to not tell the doctor anything about Tom.
After chatting about the medication some more, they eventually manage to find a solution.
Meanwhile, at the vets, Tom messes up diagnosing an elderly dog with cancer without conducting the tests. When Vanessa (Michelle Hardwick) and Paddy (Dominic Brunt) arrive in the nick of time, Vanessa swiftly orchestrates the correct blood tests.
