Kimberlin Brown has portrayed villainess
Sheila Carter for over 25 years, a role created
by the late William J. Bell. She started out
wreaking havoc on Young and Restless in Genoa
City in May of 1990 and crossed over to Bold and Beautiful in 1992.
Sheila has one of the largest naughty lists from her time living in Genoa City but became a tamed version over the last few years of the once iconic villainess while on Bold and the Beautiful this time around.
Sure, she put bullets in Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and Finn and cut off a toe to fake her own ending but her claim to fame seemed to be telling anyone who would listen that she was a changed woman.
