7 huge Casualty spoilers for next week

Casualty spoilers follow.

Next week on Casualty, Jacob fights for his grandchild, a vulnerable Rash is left shaken after treating a familiar face, and Stevie tries to support Dylan.

Here’s a full collection of the biggest moments coming up:

1. Jacob gets bad news

Jacob heads to prison to visit Danielle, the mother of his baby grandson, Carter.

Jacob is hesitant and tells her this may not be the safest decision, which upsets Danielle and prompts her to leave.

2. Rash treats a familiar face

Rash appears to be in a better place as he treats a patient with Tariq.

He later spots Uma – his therapist – in the waiting room with an injured hand, but it’s awkward when she clearly doesn’t recognise him.

Rash eventually has to introduce himself and they make small talk, but he’s left shaken by the experience and asks Tariq to take over.

3. Jacob and Iain face danger

Jacob and Iain are first on the scene at a fire in a block of flats.

When he realises someone is trapped inside, Jacob heads in, against Iain’s advice.

He later manages to escape with Owen and Abi and gets them to the ambulance where Iain treats them.

4. Stevie visits Dylan

Faith grows concerned when Stevie implies that she is having to pick up Dylan’s workload for him.

Faith urges Stevie to check in on him, which she does, but Stevie is shocked by the state she finds Dylan in on his boat.

As they talk, Stevie reminds Dylan of what a brilliant doctor he is, but he has lost all confidence and no longer trusts himself.

5. Iain gives Jacob some advice

When Jacob spots social worker Tonya, he is quick to tell her that he doesn’t think Carter should grow up in jail.

Tonya wants him and Danielle to work together for Carter’s sake, but Jacob insists Tonya is taking sides and urges her to do better.

Furious, Jacob rants to Iain, insisting that he knows he can provide a better life for Carter than Danielle can in prison. However, Iain reminds him that this may not be his call to make. Will Jacob be forced to back down?

6. Rash clashes with Patrick

Rash treats another patient called Yannick, who isn’t satisfied with his test results. Rash agrees to do a MRI, but that comes back clear too.

Rash is happy that he’s done a good thing and is praised by Yannick for being a good listener. However, Patrick is annoyed when he checks the notes and calls out whoever ordered the MRI.

Rash fights back and argues his case, leaving his colleagues shocked.

7. Siobhan faces the music

Siobhan is forced to face the music over her video blunder last week, when Patrick says the ED is now under investigation.

Siobhan insists that no one in the department would have reported them, leaving Patrick concerned.

When a Panorama-style documentary on the ED is released, Patrick has to pick up the pieces.
