7 huge Casualty spoilers for next week

1. Siobhan and Patrick face the music

The ED team are shaken by a new exposé about the hospital,

which includes secretly-recorded footage taken without their knowledge.

The documentary also features commentary from an anonymous

staff member, leaving Siobhan and Patrick wondering who the mole is.

Siobhan gathers the team and urges them not to take this personally, instead insisting everyone stays calm and carries on as normal.

2. Dylan is back

Dylan is back at work following his time off, and is determined to crack down on Patrick.

Still reeling from the events of a few weeks’ back, Dylan takes Stevie to one side and shows her some footage from the documentary that could implicate Patrick instead.

Stevie does her best to be supportive but it’s clear Dylan could be fighting a losing battle.

3. Cam struggles with doubts

Cam struggles with the exposé, and fears he looks like an incompetent nurse because of it.

Things get even worse when a patient he is treating nearly chokes and refuses to allow Cam to treat him any more.

4. Siobhan feels the pressure

Siobhan does her best to reassure a struggling Cam, reminding him that he’s a good nurse and has done nothing wrong.

Siobhan’s words manage to settle Cam’s anxiety slightly, but it is clear she is starting to buckle under the pressure herself.

5. Dylan clashes with Patrick again

Dylan, with Stevie’s support, heads into Patrick’s office and confronts him with his new findings.

Patrick is aghast at Dylan’s accusations and retaliates angrily with a personal response.

When Stevie is forced to give her opinion, she reluctantly sides with Patrick, leaving Dylan feeling betrayed.

6. Ngozi makes a confession

A nervous Ngozi approaches Siobhan and tells her about something suspicious she spotted a few weeks ago.

Ngozi explains that she saw a camera hidden in Resus, but didn’t know what to do and therefore ignored it.

Siobhan comforts a guilt-ridden Ngozi but insists this will need to be reported anonymously.

7. Siobhan confronts Patrick

Siobhan is horrified to learn from Faith that Patrick has threatened Ngozi with suspension for withholding information.

At the end of a challenging shift, Siobhan confronts Patrick, explaining that she’d promised Ngozi that her report would be processed anonymously.

Siobhan accuses Patrick of not playing by the rules, but he insists that he doesn’t care and will find out who is responsible for exposing them regardless.
