We anticipated progress in Tom’s murder investigation, but instead,
we were hit with a surprising twist.
We have to admit, we’re going to miss Paul Hollister (Hollis Chambers) and
his growing role. But his murder is giving us a pretty cool twist.
We’re sure he’ll know how surprised Hollis was that Tom was using drugs, so to find out he took he same kind?
For Li, assuming we’re wrong, she probably knows about Tom and Poppy past.
This will slant her view toward Poppy being responsible, whether a legitimate concern or shifting the blame.
The writers are trying hard to make Sheila look like she’s the one that killed Tom and Hollis, but we don’t think so.
We think the writers are using Sheila wondering if Hollis was looking for Tom’s drug stash for himself as a red herring.
Steffy definitely feels that way. She’ll do what she can to ensure Sheila is investigated for the deaths, but we’re sure it’s not her.
The main reason is she told Hollis to get rid of Tom’s bag. Yet when the power went out, he seemed grateful to the person who arrived.
That feels like it’ll be someone he trusted or expected to help. Figuring that out will be Deacon main objective going forward.
