Nugget is rushed to hospital following his collapse. The doctor tells Nugget’s family
that the teenager’s kidneys aren’t working properly, but they refute the suggestion
that he may have been taking drugs. Ravi takes the doctor to one side to share Zack’s
suspicion that Nugget was using steroids.
Ravi and Priya lean on each other for support at this difficult time. Priya is shocked when Dr Miller returns and reveals that Ravi was right about Nugget taking steroids.
Meanwhile, Denzel takes part in the tournament after a pep talk from Yolande and he ends up winning his match.
Elsewhere, Billy takes Teddy’s advice on how to handle Will, leading to a heartfelt moment between him and the troubled teen. Billy thanks Teddy, but Teddy makes a show of deferring to Phil as head of the family. When Phil and Teddy start to warm to each other, Billy worries about their new-found friendship.
