Gradually Emmerdale’s Belle Dingle (Eden Taylor-Draper) is beginning
to realise that her relationship with Tom King (James Chase) isn’t normal,
and in Tuesday (June 18)’s episode she made a huge discovery that could change everything.
Belle has recently found out she’s pregnant. Tom is over the moon because
it’s everything he ever wanted, even though he knew that Belle had huge misgivings.
Belle has already spoken to Wendy Posner (Susan Cookson) about her options, and in this episode she had an online appointment with a midwife to discuss a termination.
Away from Tom and the pressure to have to pretend to be happy about the pregnancy, Belle admitted to the midwife that she was worried about her mental health and was concerned that she couldn’t cope with a baby.
