Will Mitchell’s (Freddie Phillips) behaviour spirals out of control in EastEnders
next week when he attacks estranged grandfather Stevie (Alan Ford).
A true Mitchell, Will has been firmly defensive of his family ever since Stevie
swanned back into Walford in an attempt to reconnect.
Over the years we’d heard little about Billy’s (Perry Fenwick) dad, but what
we did hear wasn’t overly positive. Stevie abandoned him as a child, and upon entering the care system, Billy was abused by the staff.
Upon meeting his grandchildren Will and Janet, and great granddaughter Lexi, it became clear that he had little experience of dealing with children.
