2017 the entire Community banded together to raise funds so that Sarah could go to Prague for treatment and thanks to Faith dingle’s generosity she was able to go she passed away a year later and was suffering from heart failure it resulted from a chemotherapeutic adverse effect while awaiting a transplant she also managed to contract a virus but fortunately she recovered and was allowed to proceed with the procedure although there were some difficulties at first Sarah has been improving lately overall she has
